I’ve been a loyal customer of Snider Auto Care for years, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing and left me feeling let down. I took my wife’s car in because it was shutting off at stoplights, expecting a thorough diagnosis and at least a clear explanation of the issue. Instead, the car was returned in worse condition than before—and it ended up leaving her stranded. What’s even more frustrating is that I wasn’t informed about the poor condition of the vehicle when I paid. As a college senior trying to manage life away from home, I was hoping to rely on a shop I trusted. Unfortunately, this experience has forced me to look elsewhere for reliable service. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through the same thing. When you pay for a diagnosis you do not expect your car to be in worse condition. The car now cuts off as soon as you put it in drive and it was not doing that before.

Ive taken in my two cars there for two years and had nothing but perfect service and communication from them. I recently had a radiator replaced and my car runs perfect. Highly recommended! I wont go to another place in Americus. Thank you to the team there.

I was more than pleased with Snider Auto Care-Leesburg. They were professional they communicated with me throughout the entire process therefore that really cut down on stress during this process. I high recommend anyone to use Snider Auto Care, because I can truly say they my car was in good hands.

The best go to auto repair shop in Southwest Georgia. Had repairs done on both my vehicles. Jack is always polite and courteous with an estimate and solution in no time. Repair done the right way within a day. Drop off service after hours. I believe Snider Auto Care is one of the last honest shops around, and I highly recommend them.

Had my Volvo serviced here and I was super happy with the quick turnaround! Would definitely use again!

They installed a downpipe on a turbo 4cyl because the cat was bad. I said "Ok but only if you can tune it". They said "sure, for $500 we can tune it". I said "ok do it". The car runs extremely lean now and they broke the reverse lockout for the manual shifter, they told me to just "get use to it". I think they salvaged my cat when other mechanics have told me that they would have just gutted the cat and put it back on.
