I was up there to see about getting my truck repair last week... The office has very poor customer service they kept me waiting over 15mins..... Until I walked out. Hell the parts delivery guy was out faster than I was.... Bad Customer Service!!!! I want never back there....

The auto care location was able to get to my vehicle when promised and the work was done exactly as presented in the estimate. I will certainly use them again for regular maintenance and for major work as needed on my vehicle.

Service tech Kelly was outstanding but also seemed overworked. Guys standing around doing nothing but this guy was getting it done. I’ll go back if I can get him to fix my truck. If you aren’t paying him an outrageous amount or the Dude definitely needs a raise
