It is recommended to avoid utilizing the services of Snider Auto Care. My personal experience with their services was highly unsatisfactory. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change, along with a request for additional vehicle inspections. Upon receiving notification that my vehicle was ready, I departed the premises, en route to Atlanta. However, within twenty minutes, a critical low coolant warning illuminated on the dashboard. I promptly pulled over and inspected the engine compartment. I noticed the coolant tank was empty with just a handful of coolant. Mind you, I check under my hood before I take it anywhere to get service, and I had a half tank of coolant. I immediately called Sniders and asked why my newly under 50,000-mile car was low on coolant. What happened to the coolant that was in there? And why wasn't it replaced or topped off? They told me that it wasn't their job to put coolant in the car. So they did a false inspection on my car, and now I'm wondering if they really did an oil change. I'm paying for something and not getting the required service, and I was also charged an extra $30 to get one nail out of my tire and plugged.
