Even though I had a prepaid maintenance plan with my dealer I didn't have the time to drive and spend half a day there. Needing to go out of town for the weekend. I called the service team at Snider asked if I could get an oil change. I was giving an appointment. I went in and by the time I finished my cup of coffee they were done. Thankfully they also checked the battery. Even though the car is under 2 years old the battery had been week but I forgot to mention. The test came back weak. With the holidays coming up and travel the last thing I wanted was for us to be stranded out of town. The battery not being standard wasn't in stock. I was told no problem they could have after lunch and told me they would call me when in. I left did what I needed to do. I got a call went in and they quickly got it changed out and us back on the road with confidence.
